Nucleo is an AI-first medtech startup building the first agentic platform for oncology CT scans.
Our mission is simple and ambitious: reduce the time from cancer diagnosis to treatment from ~10 weeks to ~10 days by automating the most time-consuming, manual steps in the clinical workflow.
Today, hospitals still rely on radiologists and oncologists to manually extract critical information from CT scans - body composition, sarcopenia, tumor measurements, RECIST classification. This is slow, expensive, and error-prone. We replace these steps with AI agents that read CT scans end-to-end and generate structured, clinically useful outputs in seconds.
We work with top-tier hospitals in the US and Europe (including Stanford, Cedars-Sinai, UCI Health, and Weill Cornell) and are building toward FDA-cleared clinical software used directly in real oncology workflows.
We operate in a high-ownership, early-stage environment focused on shipping reliable AI into real clinical practice.
