The Problem
Healthcare billing teams are drowning in red tape with ever-changing insurance rules, very manual processes, and siloed data streams.
We counted 158 clicks to submit a single claim with one of our first customers!
In our conversations with at-home care providers (think nursing homes, home health, home care, and hospice) providers, Kevin and I kept hearing that “getting money in the door” was the single thing preventing agencies from growing.
Many home health and home care agencies have to literally say no to patients who need care.
What Claim Health is doing about it
We want medical billing to be a one-click process. Billers should spend their time making the important decisions and triaging involved in the revenue cycle process.
Our platform surfaces the claims that need attention and automates the submission of the one’s that are routine. In addition, we manage denials by helping billers generate appeal letters and are implementing voice agents to request information enrichment from insurance companies.
Our initial product has been rolled out to early customers and has already
- turned a 3 day a week billing process to a 2 hour process
- found 6 figures in lost revenue from denials and underpayments.
