❌ Employment verifications are soul-crushing, but necessary

Every time someone gets hired, applies for a mortgage, or needs a background check, someone has to verify they actually worked where they said they did.

This means millions of phone calls per year to HR/payroll/admin departments. Leaving voicemails. Sending emails. Sending faxes (yes, in 2026). Waiting days for callbacks. Calling back. Getting transferred. Leaving more voicemails.

Background screeners and banks hire armies of people to do this. It's tedious, expensive, and the turnover is bad because the job is mind-numbing.

Superunit handles employment verifications end-to-end. We do contact research, call HR/payroll/admin departments, navigate phone trees, handle documents, send emails and faxes, and and publish the results back to your ERP.

We started building in January 2025, signed our first customer in March, signed a series C customer in April, signed a top-5 screener in September, signed our first mortgage lender shortly after, crossed 10k, then 50k, then 70k verifications processed, with many more to go!
