The Mission

Make the company dramatically faster through AI. You will design AI workflows, automations, and internal tools that multiply the output of every person on the team. You’re building the AI rails for the future. Get ready to drink through the AI firehose and learn 100x more about AI than any other role in Canada.

• You already use AI to build things

To succeed, you’ll need the following experience:

• Comfortable with APIs, TypeScript, LLMs
• A few engineering internships or comparable experience
• Experience building real projects
• Bonus Points if you have experience in Node, React, automation tooling, agent frameworks

Compensation

This is an entry-level role with base compensation starting between $55k–$70k CAD (based on experience).
