The GTM Engineer is part data architect and part growth engineer. You will build, operate, and optimize our go-to-market engine by integrating tools, automating workflows, and ensuring accurate measurement. You bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and data to help us understand what drives results and scale growth effectively. This is a hybrid role combining technical implementation, data analysis, and GTM strategy execution. The focus is technical. Since we operate primarily in US and European time zones, we expect applicants to be based in one of these regions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize the GTM stack

• Own and manage HubSpot as the central GTM CRM and automation hub
• Integrate tools and ensure reliable data flow across the stack (marketing → sales → analytics)

Attribution and analytics

• Develop reporting and dashboards with GA4, Looker Studio, and BigQuery
• Improve attribution models to understand which campaigns and strategies deliver impact
• Provide insights that drive decisions about pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue influence

Hypothesis-driven experimentation

• Create hypotheses about campaign performance and user behavior
• Implement, run, and analyze A/B tests across channels and touch points
• Translate outcomes into actionable recommendations and optimized workflows

Data pipeline and automation

• Ensure clean, consistent, and scalable data pipelines between tools and analytics platforms
• Build automation that reduces manual work and helps teams scale faster

ABM and outbound systems

• Support Account-Based Marketing strategies and tooling (e.g., Clay)
• Design and measure ABM campaigns to ensure targeting, engagement, and conversions align with goals

Cross-functional collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data alignment and transparency
• Translate between technical and commercial language to keep teams aligned and focused

Requirements

Essential

• 6+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps engineering, Growth, or Analytics engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, BigQuery, n8n, Clay, Zapier, GTM, Framer (or similar platforms)
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, hypothesis creation and testing methodologies, and attribution modeling and pipeline analytics
• Familiarity with GTM automation, data pipeline management, and cross-tool integrations

Preferred

• Experience with ABM tools such as Clay, Apollo.io, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Gong, CallRail, Stape, Funnel, Fivetran, Ahrefs, Semrush
• SQL experience and ability to work with datasets in BigQuery
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly across teams
• Ability to code in JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for building custom integrations, automations, and data transformations
• Familiarity with APIs and webhooks for connecting tools across the GTM stack
