What You’ll Do

Own and execute design across all brand touchpoints - social media, ads, email campaigns, and product marketing.

Create visually compelling assets (static, motion, and short-form video) that align with Emergent’s brand identity and tone.

Collaborate with content, growth, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life through design.

Maintain and evolve Emergent’s visual language across formats — ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

Design campaign visuals, pitch decks, landing pages, and social creatives optimized for performance and engagement.

Translate complex ideas into clean, cohesive visual narratives.

Stay up to date with design trends, platform aesthetics, and emerging creative tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking

For 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, and digital marketing creatives.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Ability to design both static and video ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.

Excellent collaboration skills and ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visuals.

Detail-oriented, with a balance of creativity and execution speed.

Good to Have

Experience with motion graphics, short-form video editing, or animation.

Understanding of marketing funnels and how design impacts conversion.

Familiarity with creative automation or AI design tools.

Exposure to branding and visual identity systems for tech or SaaS products.
