Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both app and web campaigns.
• Drive profitable growth through deep analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models.
• Leverage LLMs and vibe coding to automate reporting and anomaly detection.
• Rapidly analyze search terms, keywords, and creative performance using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to align ad spends with margins and business outcomes.
• Manage and lead a team of performance marketing specialists to consistently raise the bar on execution and results.
• Explore DSP and programmatic channels as an additional growth lever.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses.
• Extremely strong math and analytical skills with a numbers-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale.
• Proven ability to increase spend while maintaining or improving efficiency.
• Experience working with MMPs such as Appsflyer or Branch.
• High comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Clear, structured thinker who can explain complex numbers to non-analytical teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
