Technical Account Manager

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.

We’re solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

What you will do:

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers , handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions
• Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for Emergent’s platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent’s products and services
• Solve technical issues of high-value customers and offer technical guidance and advice
• Work with Customer Product Partners to offer white-glove service to offer white-glove service : Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and prompt resolution

What you will need

• 4+ years in technical support, developer support, or systems engineering
• Experience providing rapid-response support to high-value or enterprise customers
• Strong debugging skills with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages with strong infrastructure expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication under time pressure - able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and guide them
• Well versed in code reviews, design discussions and solving complex systems problems
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority issues simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and composure
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and genuine empathy for customers building on Emergent
• Passion for helping customers succeed in vibe coding and building their dream apps while delivering a top-tier customer experience and helping them succeed
