We’re hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to scale customer success and build long-term partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a proactive customer-centric culture in a fast-growing AI company dedicated to maximizing client success.

-Background in martech or SEO and the ability to quickly grasp SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to better support customer use cases.
Compensation:
- The cash compensation range for this role is $130,000–$180,000 OTE (base salary of $110,000–$160,000 plus $10,000–$25,000 bonus), with equity ranging from 0.1%–0.2%.
We work 5 days/week in SF, open to hybrid/remote for candidates with exceptional background fit. $10K relocation bonus to San Francisco.
