About the Role

As Product Operations, you will own the operational backbone between our customers, product, and engineering teams. Your mission is to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and reliably, while systematically feeding insights back into the product to improve quality, speed, and outcomes at scale.

You’ll be accountable for how support runs day-to-day, how insights are captured and analysed, and how those insights translate into concrete product and engineering improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer support operations: triage, SLAs, escalation paths, and weekly reporting on customer issues, themes, and trends.
  • Build and scale support tooling & processes: playbooks, macros, workflows, handoffs, and internal documentation to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Own support data & insights: dashboards, root-cause analysis, and structured feedback loops into Product and Engineering.
  • Customer → Product translation: turn recurring issues, edge cases, and customer feedback into clear, prioritised product requirements.
  • Operational excellence: continuously improve response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction through better systems and accountability.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to close the loop between problems identified and problems solved.
  • Prevent recurrence: identify systemic issues and ensure fixes are implemented properly, not just patched.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Operations, Customer Operations, Support Operations, or a similar role in a high-growth tech company.
  • Operational mindset: strong ability to design, document, and scale processes that actually work in practice.
  • Data-driven: experience building dashboards and with SQL, analysing trends, and using data to drive prioritisation and decisions.
  • Product intuition: strong understanding of how operational pain points map to product gaps and opportunities.
  • Ownership: takes full responsibility for outcomes end-to-end, not just execution of tasks.
  • Communication: clear, structured communicator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bias to action: comfortable operating in ambiguity and improving systems as the company scales.
