AiPrise is building the global compliance operating system for modern fintechs, marketplaces, banks, and platforms. We are trusted by leading financial institutions and process millions of onboarding decisions across KYC, KYB, AML, fraud, and monitoring.
We are past figuring out product market fit.
We are now scaling complex, AI powered, global products at speed.
We are looking for a Head of Product who can:
- Turn a strong product core into a category defining platform
- Operate at founder level depth
- Scale product thinking across teams, customers, and markets
- Obsess over clarity, velocity, and customer outcomes
This is not a PM manager role.
This is a builder, leader, and product brain role.
What you will own
1. Product strategy and vision
- Define and evolve AiPrise’s product vision across:
- KYB and KYC platforms
- Risk and rules engines
- AI agents including website analysis, document intelligence, AML, and monitoring
- Platform APIs and dashboards
- Make hard tradeoffs on what we build, what we do not, and when
- Translate company goals into crisp product bets with clear success metrics
2. Customer first execution
- Be deeply embedded with customers including CCOs, Heads of Risk, Compliance Ops, and Product leaders
- Turn real world compliance pain into shipped features quickly
- Own discovery, problem framing, PRDs, rollout, and iteration
- Ensure every feature answers: does this reduce friction while increasing trust
3. AI native product leadership
- Lead product thinking for AI powered workflows and agentic systems
- Balance automation, explainability, and regulatory expectations
- Build products that compliance teams trust, not just admire
- Decide where AI assists, where it decides, and where humans stay in the loop
4. Product org and culture
- Build and scale a world class product team including PMs, designers, and analysts
- Set the bar for product quality, clarity, and velocity
- Create strong rituals around discovery, reviews, launches, and retros
- Partner tightly with Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and GTM
5. Founder level partnership
- Act as a thought partner to the founders on roadmap, positioning, and strategy
- Join key customer calls, sales conversations, and enterprise deals
- Influence pricing, packaging, and platform strategy
- Represent product credibly with customers, partners, and investors
What success looks like in 12 to 18 months
- Customers clearly articulate why AiPrise wins versus alternatives
- Product velocity increases without chaos
- AI driven features are trusted, adopted, and defensible
- PMs and engineers ship with strong ownership and clarity
- Roadmaps are outcome driven, not feature driven
- Product becomes a primary reason deals are won
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is opinionated, sharp, and relentlessly customer driven.
You likely have:
- 10 to 15 plus years in product, including senior leadership roles
- Experience building and scaling complex B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong instincts for UX in messy, high stakes workflows
- Experience shipping AI or ML powered products in production
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, speed, and high ownership
- A strong bias toward action over decks

- Able to go from whiteboard to PRD to shipped feature
- Comfortable saying no and explaining why
- Respected by engineers because you understand systems
- Energized by hard problems and real world impact
